The register of insolvencies is a statutory register about the insolvency of individuals and businesses in Scotland.
Complaining to the Ombudsman
AiB hope your complaint will be settled before this stage but, if you remain dissatisfied, you do have the right to ask the Scottish Public Service Ombudsman to investigate the matter further. The Ombudsman can investigate complaints about maladministration. You should contact the Ombudsman, in writing, within 12 months of the matter you wish to complain about. The Ombudsman will usually expect you to have exhausted your right of complaint under our own complaints procedure.
