Who to contact to make a complaint

If you wish to make a formal complaint it would help us if you wrote to us.

In your letter, you should include, if possible:

  • Your name and address
  • The name of the person dealing with your case (if known)
  • The case reference number (if known)
  • Copies of any correspondence or documents relevant to your complaint
