The Change Programme is responsible for a variety of development projects and change initiatives carried out within AiB. These projects cover all operational and organisational aspects to help the Agency run more efficiently and effectively.
Keith Jenkinson is the Programme and Change Manager.
The Programme & Change Team are responsible for:
- successful delivery of the AiB Business Change Programme;
- and have a key role in planning and designing the programme; and
- proactively monitoring its overall progress, resolving issues and initiating corrective action as appropriate.
