The register of insolvencies is a statutory register about the insolvency of individuals and businesses in Scotland.

Corporate Services

Corporate Services provide key support and professional services, internally across the Agency and externally to our customers and stakeholders. It consists of Finance, Corporate Strategy, HR & Facilities Management and Procurement teams and also provides ICT services (through a managed arrangement with the core Scottish Government).

The team develops business processes and corporate governance policies to ensure the Agency complies with all relevant legislation. This includes the Freedom of Information (Scotland) Act; ensuring compliance with the Data Protection Act, race relation and disability discrimination, and developing environmental management policies. It has responsibility for developing and maintaining the Agency's Risk Management Strategy, internal communications and Business Strategy and Planning process.

Corporate Services also delivery direct front line services to our customers including operating Reception services, Switchboard and providing discharge certificates and searches of the Register of Insolvencies.

David Wallace is the Head of AiB Corporate Services.
