Strategic Board meetings
Meetings are held quarterly and are timed in advance of the Fraser Figure meetings to sign off the quarterly performance report. Statistics on the Agency's performance against targets, spend against budgets, and reports on staffing issues will be tabled at Board meetings. In addition, the Board will receive reports from the Finance, Audit, IT and Health & Safety Committees and adhoc papers on matters of special interest.
The Board will advise the Chief Executive on business and corporate plans annually and on the Annual Report and Accounts in advance of them being submitted to Ministers. The minutes will be published following approval.
