The register of insolvencies is a statutory register about the insolvency of individuals and businesses in Scotland.

Helpline

For general enquiries, help on the sequestration/bankruptcy process, Notes of Guidance queries or ordering AiB publications contact the AiB Helpline.

The helpline also operates a telephone line for anyone requiring information about the bankruptcy process and the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS). The helpline can be called during office hours, which are Monday - Friday 09:00 - 16:30 (excluding public holidays).
