Past Event: AiB Stakeholder Events 2010/11
Overview
AiB hosted a series of free, 1-day events throughout Scotland from November 2010 - January 2011, engaging with key stakeholder groups from across the breadth of the insolvency sector in Scotland.
Taking place in Dundee, Glasgow and Inverness, these events looked at what was delivered by AiB in 2010, how debt relief and management services in Scotland have been impacted, and the challenges faced in 2011.
Who for?
This event was open to anyone and everyone interested or involved in insolvency and debt services in Scotland.
These 'Stakeholder Events' were of particular value to professionals in the financial, legal, credit recovery and advice services, sector regulators, debt help charities, local government recovery specialists and other social policy makers.
Topics and events material
Attendees were given the opportunity to hear from AiB policy makers and operational managers on the key activities and legislative changes introduced in 2010. We also took a look at what the priorities for AiB would be in 2011 and beyond, exploring these issues further through workshops.
The format for the day included AiB's Agency Chief Executive and The Accountant in Bankruptcy, Rosemary Winter-Scott opening the plenary session to delegates, followed by some work shop discussion sessions and a panel Q&A session to close the proceedings.
