Part 16 of the 2007 Act deals with the disclosure of information. It provides for the issue of an order compelling the disclosure of information about a debtor to a creditor upon application to the sheriff.
Regulations will not provide for a debtor to be ordered to disclose information.
It is currently not intended to commence this Part of the 2007 Act until April 2010.
