The new National advertising Portal, known as Public Contracts Scotland, is now live. The portal gives free access to contract opportunities in Scotland. More information and a link to the new site are available.

The most recent version of the Agency Contract is now available online. The Agency Contract has been amended to include the work that is now required following the introduction of bankruptcy restrictions from 1 April 2008.
