Vision and Case for Procurement

The 'Working with Suppliers' event, held at Perth Racecourse on Tuesday 29 April, was well attended by Insolvency Practitioners working as Agents on behalf of The Accountant in Bankruptcy. Those at the event were given an overview on the current position of contracted insolvency services which drew heavily on early work completed ahead of tendering for services later this financial year.
That work has now been released under the 'Vision and Case for Procurement' and is available to download here.
The 'Vision and Case for Procurement' will also form the basis for the development of a full Business Case and Procurement Strategy for Insolvency Services. Both these documents will also be published once they have been developed.
