Contract for Insolvency Services

16/09/2008

Accountant in Bankruptcy would like to advise interested parties of a tender for Insolvency Services, to replace the current Agency scheme, during 2008/2009 financial year.

Tender Process

As a public body AiB must comply with European Procurement legislation and ensure the most efficient and best use of public funds. Compliance involves a four stage process to ensure fair conditions of competition for suppliers.

  • Contract Notice Published (live)
  • Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) available
  • Tender
  • Award

Please be advised that the Contract Notice is now available on OJEU and can be obtained from registering on the Public Contracts Scotland website.

AiB will post regular updates on the progress of the 'Contract for Insolvency Services' tender via our news pages on the AiB website.

'Supporting your Bid' events

The Agency has contracted with Brian Farrington Ltd an experienced specialist provider who will hold group sessions in conjunction with the launch of the Pre-Qualification and Tender stages. The Agency will not participate in these sessions and is providing this independent expertise to both current and potential providers who may have no prior experience of the public tendering process. Events will be held in Inverness, Aberdeen, Glasgow and Edinburgh.

For further detailed information on these events and to note your wish to attend, please visit our Events section.
