Pre Qualification Questionnaire now live

The Pre Qualification Questionnaire (PQQ) is now live and accessible via the Contract Notice within the Public Contract Scotland website.

The PQQ identifies potential providers using set criteria in order to proceed to the tender stage of the process. Providers interested in the Contract Out Insolvency Services tender must complete the PQQ stage in order to be considered eligible.

Access to the PQQ is provided through AiB's Contract Notice on the Public Contract Scotland website. Please follow the steps below for registration and access :

1. Register as a Supplier on the Public Contract Scotland website.

2. Access the Contract Out Insolvency Services - Contract Notice.

3. Locate the Further Information section of the Contract Notice.

4. Copy and paste the link provided into the address bar of your web browser (where the 'http://' information is given). This will take you to the e-Sourcing website.

5. Register your company details and create login ID and password.

6. You will be prompted to logon using your details. You will then be taken to the supplier hompeage where the link to the PQQ will be provided.
