New Dear Trustee Letter
15 December 2008The Accountant in Bankruptcy has published a new Dear Trustee letter which details a revision to our policy concerning consultation on matters relating to the sale of property.
An amendment will shortly be made accordingly to Section 6.10 of our Notes for Guidance which deals with matters concerning heritage.
