Charges for Payment in Support of a Bankruptcy Application

The entry regarding charge for payments has been updated to reflect that in some cases a 28 day period is appropriate rather than the more usual 14 days for a debtor to repay their debt.

Diligence Website Pages Updated

The diligence pages of the website have been updated to reflect an amended timeline for commencement of the changes introduced by the Bankruptcy and Diligence etc. (Scotland) Act 2007.
