Contracted Out Insolvency Services
23 March 2009In our 2007-08 Business Plan we said that we would conduct a procurement exercise to provide contracted out insolvency services where the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is appointed Trustee.
We are pleased to report that the tender process is now complete and the following companies have been appointed as our new providers.

- Invocas
- Wylie and Bisset
- Armstrong Watson
- Hastings & Co
- Miller McIntyre & Gellatly
This new contract has reduced the number of organisations appointed by the Agency to undertake the administration of bankruptcy. In doing so it will ensure that these companies can benefit from economies of scale, release efficiencies, improve the quality of service to the Agency's customers and deliver value for money to the public purse.
