Business Plan 2009 -10 Published

The Business Plan summarises the work that we plan to undertake in 2009-10 and reflects the priorities set out in our 2006 -11 Business Strategy.

It also gives an outline of the key development areas for the ongoing year which are critical for the Agency to meet its aims and work towards its vision and purpose.

The Business Plan is supplemented by more detailed Branch Plans and by individual work objectives which together assist staff to understand the role they play in contributing to the Agency's ability to realise its vision. These plans are used in the management and monitoring of operations.

The 2009-10 Business Plan sets a challenging agenda which we are looking forward to delivering in partnership with our stakeholders and will contribute to the delivery of the Scottish Government's key objectives.
