Following a successful first meeting, minutes and supporting papers for the lastest PTDWG are now available to view.
If you would like to contribute to the debate on Protected Trust Deeds then make your opinions heard in the new online comments forum. It is open to everyone and offers you the opportunity to get involved directly.

The Protected Trust Deeds Working Group (PTDWG) was set up to identify and consider ways of improving current issues and the potential to develop alternative models for the delivery of PTDs.
As part of AiB's commitment to ensuring our activities are transparent, fair and open, we are keen to invite comments from stakeholders including the Money Advice sector, insolvency professionals, debtor/ creditor groups, members of the public or anyone who is interested in this topic.
