Case Operations
Case operations Branch (COB) is responsible for:
- the day-to-day running of core bankruptcy administration;
- award of bankruptcies on debtor applications;
- administration of the Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) and DAS Register;
- maintenance of the Register of Insolvencies;
- manage the external insolvency service provider contract.

The teams are:

- Case Administration Team
- Case Management Team
- Contract Operations Team
- DAS Team
- First Contact Team
- Supervision and Monitoring Team
