Executive Managers assist and advise the Agency Chief Executive on how the strategic direction of AiB influences and impacts on the operational duties and needs of the organisation.

The role of the Executive Managers is to:

• provide a forum for the development of the Strategic Risk Register;
• ensure Executive members of The Board are informed of matters within the Agency;
• provide a forum for decisions that may impact on the Agency and the associated costs of these decisions; and
• provide an opportunity for the members to prepare for the The Board and Fraser Figure meeting's, ensuring consideration of the quarterly report.
