AiB produce and contribute to a significant amount of legislation and information on personal bankrupty and insolvency in Scotland. The resources available in this section will help you whether you are a debtor in a bankruptcy case, a creditor interested in making someone bankrupt, or an advisor/practitioner working in insolvency.
