The AiB Customer Charter has been produced to set out the standards of service AiB will provide when dealing with anyone who comes into contact with the Agency.
The Charter details:
- The Agency's customer service commitment;
- The Agency's standards of service;
- How the public should complain if they are dissatisfied with the level of service provided by the Agency.
