The Business Strategy sets out AiB's full remit, outlines their business vision, and defines the programme of change which AiB will use to deliver their vision.

The aim of this document is to:

• Modernise AiB's business management and operations to meet future challenges and demands;
• Act proactively to change so AiB can be in a strong position to respond;
• Serve the interests of AiB's Stakeholders;
• Determine the shape of the Agency's furture; and
• Reflect the importance AiB attach to their core values.

The purpose of the Business Strategy is to take account of what is already underway in AiB and forge a clear and sustainable patt towards a modern service.
