Business Plan
The AiB Business Plan 2012/13 summarises the work that we plan to undertake in 2012/13.
Aim
The objective of the plan is to communicate to staff and stakeholders our planned activity and expenditure for the year ahead. The plan will provide a high level outline of what we intend to do in 2012/13, how we intend to meet our goals and what we hope to achieve as a result. The priorities we have set for 2012/13 contribute to the delivery of the Scottish Government's strategic objectives.
The overarching aim of this business plan is to prioritise actions and resources to deliver our key priorities and make a positive contribution to the Scottish Government's purpose of creating a more successful country with opportunities for all of Scotland to flourish, through increasing sustainable economic growth.
