The 2011-12 Business Plan summarises the work that we plan to undertake in 2011-12.
Aim
The objective of the plan is to communicate to staff and stakeholders our planned activity and expenditure for the year ahead. The plan will provide a high-level roadmap of what we intend to do in 2011-12, how we intend to meet our goals and what we hope to achieve as a result. The priorities we have set for 2011-12 contribute to the delivery of the Scottish Government's strategic objectives.
The overarching aim of this business plan is to prioritise actions and resources to deliver our strategic objectives and make a positive contribution to the Scottish Government's purpose of creating a more successful country with opportunities for all of Scotland to flourish, through increasing sustainable economic growth.
