The Agency Framework Document describes and sets out:

• the responsibilities of the Accountant in Bankruptcy and Scottish Ministers;
• the relationship between the Accountant in Bankruptcy and the Scottish Ministers;
• the Agency's objectives and performance measures, and;
• the management and resources framework within which the Agency will operate.

The AiB Framework Document makes provision for staff to have career and development opportunities enhanced by training.
