Register of Insolvencies
The register of insolvencies is a statutory register about the insolvency of individuals and businesses in Scotland.
Form 1 - EGN notice
This form has the effect of restricting the rights of non-acceding creditors to do diligence (i.e. to enforce court decrees for unpaid debts) against the debtor and confers certain protection upon the trust deed from being superseded by the sequestration for the debtor's estate.
