Q23. What happens to my wages/benefits? (If bankrupt before 1 April 2008)
Details of both will be requested by your trustee and where appropriate a voluntary contribution may be sought. Your trustee can apply to the Court for a contribution to be fixed from surplus income if you and your trustee cannot agree the position.
