Q5. Is a wage arrestment proof of apparent insolvency?
Not in itself, but if your wages were arrested after you received a Charge for Payment which subsequently expired, then the Charge for Payment would give you grounds for apparent insolvency. You must still produce the expired Charge for Payment to show that you are apparently insolvent.
