Q6. Is a wage arrestment cause for apparent insolvency?
Not in itself, but if your wages were arrested after you have received a Charge for Payment of the debt then the Charge for Payment would give you grounds for apparent insolvency. You must still produce the Charge for Payment to show that you are apparently insolvent.
