Q8. How do I pay the application fee?
An application for bankruptcy will cost you £100. You can pay the fee to the Accountant in Bankruptcy by cash, cheque, or debit card or directly into our bank account. We cannot accept credit card payment for the fee. Everyone must pay this fee; there are no waivers or exemptions.
