Q9. How much will it cost?
An application for bankruptcy will cost you £100. You can pay the fee to the Accountant in bankruptcy by cash, cheque, debit card or directly into our bank account. We cannot accept credit card payment for the fee. Everyone must pay, there are no waivers or exemptions for this fee.
