Legal services contract

Accountant in Bankruptcy's (AiB's) 2008-2011 legal services contract ended on 3 November 2011.  

Following a mini tender exercise using the Scottish Government Legal Directorate (SGLD) framework for legal services and a formal evaluation process, in conjuction with SGLD representation, AiB can advise that Harper Macleod LLP has been successful in being appointed the single supplier of legal services to The Accountant where she acts as trustee in sequestrations.  The new contract commenced on 4 November 2011 and will run for a period of 2 years, with an option to extend by an additional 12 month period, twice.
