With the expiry of the current Chartered Surveyor Services framework on 27 April 2012, AiB recently carried out a tender exercise to establish a single supplier contract. 

 

Following a procurement exercise, conducted under Public Contracts Regulations and advertised in the Official Journal of European Union, the successful bidder has been announced as J&E Shepherd. The contract commences on 28 April 2012 for a 2 year duration, with the option to extend for a further 2 x 12 month periods.
