AiB's email addresses are changing

The Government Secure Intranet (GSI) network is being phased out across government.

AiB will remove '.gsi' from all email addresses before the expected deadline of March 2019.

What you need to do

By March 2019 if you use any existing AiB email addresses, you need to change these from:

The new email addresses are now active, however any replies to emails you send to 'non gsi' addresses will come from our 'gsi' addresses until 1 March 2019 when will become our primary address.

You should make sure you update all records you may have, such as directories, web applications or forms that you use with the new email addresses.

What will happen if you don’t make the change

Between now and March 2019, AiB will continue to receive any emails sent to a '.gsi' address in addition to emails sent to the 'non-gsi' addresses.

After the deadline of March 2019 only emails ending in the address will be received by AiB.
