In light of the on-going coronavirus (COVID-19) pandemic, Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB), has closed it's office to the public and visitors with limited access to our phone system.

The office is situated directly across from Kilwinning train station, 25 minutes from Glasgow.
There are also bus stops nearby with Kilwinning being served by the Stagecoach Express Service.
Parking
The car park is located to the rear of the building and operates a barrier system. There is an intercom at the car park barrier for visitors to contact reception to request access. These can be booked by telephoning 0300 200 2600. There are also disabled spaces available.
There are cycle racks available in the hogging area of the car park. You must provide your own cycle lock to secure your bicycle.

The opening hours of the office and telephone lines to the general public of the Accountant in Bankruptcy are 09.00 to 16.30, Monday to Friday inclusive.

Press and media enquiries
AiB aims to provide a helpful service to journalists and reply to all media enquiries within agreed deadlines.

Communications staff can assist on queries relating to:

AiB cannot disclose personal information relating to specific cases. The Register of Insolvencies is a publicly accessible register providing case information on insolvent individuals and companies. The information is provided for the purposes of making creditors aware of any cases they may have an interest in be able to make a claim for any outstanding debts.

Outside weekday office hours (09:00 - 16:30 Monday to Friday) and at weekends, journalists should ring 0300 244 4000. Calls are logged by security staff and the on duty press officer will respond to you.
