The Debtor Application Working Group consists of two representatives from AiB and six representatives from the money advice community. The group meets quarterly in Glasgow.
The aim of the group is to discuss the debtor application process following the changes introduced in April 2015 and further changes in November 2016.
It also provides updates on any changes, whether it be system enhancements or process changes and to also provide and receive feedback and share best practice.
