Delivery Branch restructure
As part of our ongoing commitment to improving service delivery and operational efficiency, the Delivery Branch will be restructured into six dedicated teams, each with clearly defined responsibilities and contact details.
Effective from 3 November 2025, this change is designed to streamline operations, enhance responsiveness, and ensure our services continue to meet the needs of clients and stakeholders.

Responsibilities
Process new applications for:
- Bankruptcy
- Debt Arrangement Scheme (DAS) Debt Payment Programmes (DPPs)
- Trust Deed applications for protection

Responsibilities
- register moratoriums, court documents and corporate insolvency cases
- adjudicate recall and replacement trustee applications
- investigate reports of debtor misconduct before or during bankruptcy

Bankruptcy Administration
Responsibilities
- administer in-house bankruptcy cases, including those returned due to non-cooperation
- manage operational processes for private trustee cases and provider contracts

DAS Administration
Responsibilities:
Administer and manage DAS DPPs, including:
- variations
- revocations
- missed payments
- payment/crisis breaks
- discretionary conditions
- case completions
Also responsible for the supervision of payment distributors

Bankruptcy Accounts
Responsibilities
- audit trustee accounts, fixing the remuneration and outlays payable to the trustee
- audit accounts of the Accountant in Bankruptcy as trustee and providers who administer cases on our behalf

Trustee Supervision
Responsibilities:
Supervise trustees in:
- bankruptcy
- Protected Trust Deeds (PTDs)
