Mental Health Moratorium consultation

In November 2023, the Scottish Government published a consultation on the process for the proposed Mental Health Moratorium. This would protect people with serious mental health problems from debt recovery action by creditors.

The consultation is still available on the Scottish Government’s consultation hub at Mental Health Moratorium consultation.
