A Dear Trustee letter dated 12 March 2019 details the new information and documents which AiB requires trustees to complete and submit to AiB when they are to receive payment of any part of their trustee’s fees and outlays from either:
- a secured lender(s), for the sale of a debtor’s property on behalf of the secured lender(s) or
- from a third party, such as a creditor, or a member of the debtor’s family
Trustees must provide the requested information about such payments to AiB on and after 1 April 2019.
Please ensure all staff who administer bankruptcy cases are made aware of the content of this Dear Trustee letter.
