What does the Accountant in Bankruptcy do?

Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) is an agency of the Scottish Government which is responsible for the process of personal bankruptcy in Scotland.

The Accountant in Bankruptcy (the Accountant) is also a Scottish Government official who can be your trustee and supervises the work of other trustees.
