This guidance describes the general functions of Accountant in Bankruptcy and trustees in relation to their responsibilities regarding protected trust deeds (PTDs) which were granted on or after 30 November 2016

4.2 Debt Arrangement Scheme

From the date on which the trust deed is granted, until the date of termination of the trust deed, the debtor cannot apply for a Debt Payment Programme under the Debt Arrangement Scheme.
