Search moratoriums, trust deeds, or insolvency cases
The Register of Insolvencies (ROI) is a publicly accessible online database that shows information about people and businesses in Scotland who are insolvent or have been given extra time to deal with their debts (called a moratorium).
Anyone can search the ROI to find out if someone:
The register includes both individuals and businesses.
Search moratoriums, trust deeds, or insolvency cases
Search companies in receivership or liquidation
You can apply for a moratorium if you:
You can apply by yourself or a money adviser can apply for you.
Once you or a money adviser has submitted your application, the Accountant in Bankruptcy (AiB) will review it and make a decision.
