The public consultation on Building a Better Debt Arrangement Scheme launched on 31 October 2018 and put forward proposals which were developed after careful consideration of feedback from stakeholders, including the DAS 2018: Regulatory Review Working Group. 

This consultation response report provides a summary of the responses to the questions raised in the consultation. In addition to these responses, we will also give full consideration to all the feedback and comments given by respondents, to help inform future changes to DAS.
