Users who have been active on DASH will be able to log in using their existing username. They have to select the reset password link and await an email.
The email address for each user has been migrated from DASH. If this is a generic organisation email it will mean all the reset password messages go to that central address. If this is causing users difficulties please get in touch using email@example.com or contact 0300 200 2660.
