With the significant changes introduced through the Bankruptcy and Debt Advice (Scotland) Act in 2015, AiB were keen to find out more information about the user experience and gain valuable feedback to help improve their service.
AiB invited BASYS users to complete a survey in May 2019.
Survey responses have been taken on board with action points being raised.
